I notice the flash flyer shows them playing on the 26th with the features, my tyger and character. Who is this?

I saw them once and they're good. They're a six piece (I think). Pretty harmonies, good solid songs. Don't get me wrong, the Features will eat their lunch, but De novo Dahl is still pretty good in my opinion.

if anyone saw harmonium back in the day, de novo dahl was formed by two former members of that band. a few of the other former harmonium members are now in a band called airline, and they opened up for the features at the boro once.

talked to this girl today and she claimed it would be the rock event of the year.........

seems alot of people of pretty excited about this show.

We have about 1500 songs.....all of them good!

I saw them once and enjoyed it for the most part. You can't beat a hot chick playing an Omnichord. Sorry Neuboy.

Anyway, I would describe it as Superchunk meets Britpop or something. Lots of harmonies and reverby guitars if I remember correctly.

I've seen DeNovoDahl twice and both times only two of the guys showed up. I am interested in seeing the full six piece band play. The duo version of the group reminded me of Guster.. laid back, lots of harmonies.
