This may not count, but from where I am from there is this brand called Sterzings. People that move away from the area will by cases of them to ship back to their home. Needless to say, the are so full of fat that you can seriously light one on fire and the thing will burn for a good 20 minutes.. tasty

If I'm not careful, I'll eat a whole bag of any brand of potato chips set in front of me. I may have to check these out (at some point if they're not available around here). I'm hungry.

I love all of the discontinued Doritos flavors, especially Baja Picante and Salsa Verde. Those two were the best. My current favorite Dorito is the Salsa flavor.
Of course, these are not potato chips. Pringles would probably be my favorite potato chips, but I'll take Doritos over them anyday.

Terra chips are my favorite. Especially the sweet potato ones. I usually just order them at Jonathan's. They are quite pricey to buy...and then Yadadada would just eat them all anyway.

Man, last night my craving for potato chips was finally satisfied. I had been wanting some all day because of this thread and at a birthday party for my brother there were potato chips galore!!! some highlights: lay's dill pickle chips cc sea salt and malt vinegar but now my mouth is sore from eating salt and vinegar chips all night. luckily my stomach is doing alright, despite all the alcohol and chips.
and on a related note, they had the best salsa I have ever enjoyed. Peach mango salsa. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM sooooo good. Not too peachy or mango-y, but just right.

I'm not a big fan of chips. I guess I like Fritos the best.
But sweet potato fries rrrrruuuuuuuule! They have especially good ones at the dairy dip on Charlotte.

i hate fritos. dill pickle chips are great. ive always eaten regular lays with lousiana hot sauce. it sounds gross, but its very very good. pringles are good if you put the salty side down on your tounge.

I wasn't going to do this, but since Doritos have been mentioned, I feel it necessary to bring up Hot Fries. Andy Capp and his firey little corn things are my snack love.

I am pretty sure my brother bought it at Kroger's. I wish I could remember the brand, but I do remember it had a light brown label and it was all pretty and festive-southwestern looking. Also an excellent salsa is Wal-Mart's brand with the black beans and corn added...I can't remember the name of it. Maybe Garden? Just look for the black beans and corn! Anyways, I ate so much of that one night that it gave me ulcers in my mouth. It is soooo good. Santa Barbara salsa is also yum-I don't think it is in the salsa aisle. I think it is maybe in the deli? or specialty cheeses? Wow! I am a fountain of sorta useful information today!

i usually don't buy potato chips. but when i do, i enjoy any brand of salt and vineager and reduced fat sour cream and onion pringles.
corn chips, on the other hand, i am all about. i enjoy kroger brand white corn tortilla chips. the tostitos with a hint of lime are good too. i like doritos, but i will be avoiding them for a while due to my bad doritos experience last week. i was enjoying some nacho cheese flavored ones. i go in to grab for a chip and pull out A GIANT POWDER NACHO CHEESE BALL! i was disgusted. i threw the bag of chips away and then took out the trash. the thought of it still made me sick for the rest of the afternoon.
the best salsa is herdez salsa verde.
the best dip is the dill dip from the kroger deli.

I went to KROGER today and I believe it is the Desert Pepper Trading Co. that makes the peach mango salsa, and it has an orange/green/tan festive label. Short jar. In the Mexican food aisle. The Kroger brand with beans and corn is Salsa Grande, but I will check the name of the Wal Mart brand because it is better.
