Well, I guess we could just start our own 'wanted ads' too...
No guitar here, JAD.

I just sold one I had about two months ago. It was a hybrid... only reason anyone wanted it was because Kurt Cobain designed it. It played fine and all but I hardly play guitar anymore and when I do it's acoustic. Not having an amp kind of makes having an electric guitar pointless. I do have an Epiphone Les Paul but I'm not sure if it's even worth trying to sale.

I would love a Mustang or Jaguar myself. The Jag-stang wasn't a bad guitar really and I probably should have kept on to it, but oh well.

i have a fascination with these strange 70s ovation electrics called deacons. they sort of have a 1950s 'futuristic' look about them. musicmasters/mustangs have become too pricey for me. i'm more interested in late 70s, early 80s squier bullets.
i get really irked when i see cheap guitars go for big $$$ just because some famous person played them. i figured no one would know or care what a fender lead 1 was, but those are going for $400+.

I retired from guitar playing a year or so ago, and I'm quite glad I did, but owning a jazzmaster is so dadburn cool that I wish I still had it just so I could look at it and hold it. I loved that thing. I called it the redhead.

Musicmasters, Mustangs, and Bullets are all student models. Very bottom of the line. Why do people like these guitars? The Mustang is the least crappy of these three, but it's still not the best guitar you can find for your money. People like them cause they aren't made anymore I guess.

i like them because they look cool and they're affordable(some of them). there are plenty of prs's, parkers, ibanez's,etc...that are 'made well'. i also happen to like thin and cheap guitar sounds. as long as they play and stay in tune alright i'm fine. i think amps are more important than guitars as far as sound goes.
