tenacious d is coming to 12th & porter july 27... they arent exactly as popular as the white stripes now, but, i thought that was worth mentioning. i hope im not jinxing anything!

oh my god. the title of this thread, man. last summer that phrase came out of some of my friends' mouths and my mouth about every other sentence. imagine my surprise to see it on this messageboard. wait, nevermind. nobody cares.

i'm not a fan of tenacious d, but i would totally go just to hear them sing the sasquatch song. too bad it's at 12th and porter.

Holy crap, I'm watching Shallow Hal in my hotel room right now! That's a crazy coincidence. I saw the D open for Weezer and I was pretty entertained for the 30 minutes. I'm not sure how much I would pay for this novelty act, though.
