Don't know if that is relavent or not, but a fun little side note. I have no idea if that stuff ever saw the light of day.

I'm still just bitter because

a.) as a Self fan, it would have been great exposure for the band and

b.) as a filmmaker/spectator I thought "Stay Home," about being a shut in, was a much better fit for the character of Shrek at the beginning than was "All-Star," about being confident in yourself. I don't see any possible "ironic" reading of All-Star either. That they still use All-Star in the Shrek 2 trailer is even worse.
